1. Acceptance
By creating an account on AgentCove, you agree to these terms. AgentCove is a product of Maison Meta.
2. Service
AgentCove provides hosted AI agent infrastructure powered by the open-source Hermes Agent framework. We provision, manage, and monitor your agent container. We do not train models on your data.
3. Usage & Billing
Token usage is metered and billed according to your plan. Overage charges apply beyond your quota. BYOK users are billed directly by their API provider. All prices are in USD.
4. Your Data
You own your data. Agent configurations, conversation history, and memory files belong to you. We store them to provide the service and delete them when you delete your account.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use AgentCove for illegal activity, spam, harassment, or to circumvent safety measures of the underlying AI models.
6. Availability
AgentCove is in beta. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
AgentCove is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
