What we collect
Account information (name, email, hashed password), agent configurations, conversation logs, and usage metrics.
How we use it
To provide and improve the AgentCove service, bill your account, and send essential service communications.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on your conversations. We do not share your data with third parties except infrastructure providers necessary to run the service.
API keys
If you provide your own API keys (BYOK), they are stored encrypted and used solely to route requests to your chosen provider.
Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
